Our Structure
Te Aho o Te Kahu, Cancer Control Agency, is an independent departmental agency. We report directly to the Minister of Health.
We take a whole-of-systems focus on preventing and managing cancer, including overseeing system-wide prioritisation and coordination of cancer care to improve outcomes for people affected by cancer. We are also guided by the New Zealand Cancer Action Plan 2019 - 2029 .
