Group Manager, Programmes

Are you ready to make a significant impact on cancer control in Aotearoa?

We're looking for a dynamic Group Manager, Programmes to lead our strategic initiatives and shape the future of cancer care. As the Group Manager, Programme, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of Te Aho o Te Kahu priorities and programmes in collaboration with our partners. You are an inspiring people leader, a naturally collaborative and gifted integrator of work across complex systems, and a strategic thinker with strong political acuity and the ability to find opportunity for positive impact even in challenging situations.

Senior Project Manager

Our Data, Monitoring, and Reporting (DMR) Team are dedicated to driving equitable cancer outcomes. Through innovative data technology development, challenging the status quo, and advocating for process changes, they help tell the story of every New Zealander affected by cancer and their whānau.

In the role of Senior Project Manager, you will contribute to groundbreaking health initiatives, showcasing your keen attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and a great sense of humor. You'll play a pivotal role in providing top-tier advice, influencing decision-making processes across the Team and the broader Agency. Your ability to engage effectively with external stakeholders is crucial, and prior experience in the health sector, particularly within cancer, is highly valued.
