Mō mātou mahi Our programme of work is wide-ranging and led by teams who are committed to the Agency's vision of fewer cancers, better survival and equity for all people in Aotearoa New Zealand.Te Aho o Te Kahu works with partners across the cancer continuum with a focus on:
- cancer prevention
- early detection and diagnosis
- high-quality treatment and care
- identifying and addressing inequities in cancer care and treatment where they arise.
Our work involves researching and analysing data to inform and implement best practice.
We have published a range of reports on cancer in Aotearoa New Zealand and how the sector is working to reduce it and improve services for people and whānau living with cancer. You can read these, along with viewing cancer data dashboards in the CanStats web section.
